What age should you start facial fitness?

Any age from 20 years onwards as facial muscles start to slacken from quite an early age, but it’s not until the mid-thirties that these changes become apparent.

Is facial fitness only for women?

Facial Fitness is for everyone including men.

How long until I see the results?

Over the first 4-6 months you will see a marked improvement in your facial definition however this is a gradual process and there is no quick fix. In the first few weeks’ people may ask “Have you been on holiday?” or “You look well”, this is because your facial muscles are beginning to respond to the exercises.  Each client will experience this process differently, but you will regain your confidence in how you look.

Do I have to do the exercises every day?

No, you don’t have to do this every day, in fact 4 times a week or every other day is perfect. And the exercises can last only 10-15 mins.

Can I work my jowls more than my eyes?

No, you will need to follow the structured programme to work all the muscles so you can get the best results for your face.

Is it ever too late to start facial fitness?

It really is never too late to start!
