At what age should you start facial fitness?

Any age from 20 years onwards, as facial muscles start to slacken from quite an early age, but it’s not until the mid-thirties that these changes become apparent.

Is facial fitness only for women?

Facial Fitness is for everyone, including men.

How long before I see the results?

Over the first 4-6 months you will see a marked improvement in your facial definition. However, this is a gradual process and there is no quick fix. In the first few weeks people may say “Have you been on holiday?” or “You look well”, this is because your facial muscles are beginning to respond to the exercises.  Each client will experience this process differently, but you will regain your confidence in how
you look.

Do I have to do the exercises every day?

No, you don’t have to do this every day. In fact four times a week, or every other day, is perfect. And the exercises can last only 10-15 minutes.

Can I work my jowls more than my eyes?

No, you will need to follow the structured programme to work all the muscles, so you can get the best results for your face.

Is it ever too late to start facial fitness?

It really is never too late to start!
